In honor of the New Year, in order to create a joyful and harmonious festive atmosphere, as well as strengthen team cohesion and unity, Chenchuang Company recently organized a series of various themed events to welcome New Year's employees. From the exciting and intellectual “Dou Diju Tournament” to the relaxing outdoor activities of cycling, all the activities were closely connected and clearly demonstrate the company's care for its employees and its attention to developing corporate culture, infusing the New Year 2026 with powerful energy and team spirit.
Part 01: Small board player kit demonstrates strategic thinking; “getting to know each other through games” promotes integration
As an introduction to the series of events, the first to be organized was the “Dou Diju Game Tournament in an Atmosphere of Joy.” Many employees actively took part in the competition; the atmosphere on site was tense and lively.
The card table is a real battle: the real level of skill is revealed even in silence. From the preliminary rounds to the finals, each round is a brutal battle of strategy and mental toughness. Participants either think intently, calculating the move of each card, or act decisively; when the “bomb” falls, there is applause in the dining room. The spectators are also completely immersed in the game: they either hold their breath to follow the development of the situation, or applaud in support, constantly monitoring changes in the course of the game.
After several rounds of friendly but intense competition, three employees received three awards based on their high level of skill in the game. The event promoted the exchange of experiences between different departments, strengthened relationships between colleagues in an atmosphere of laughter and joy, and created a favorable basis for subsequent team development activities.
Part 02: Cycling activities build cohesion - moving forward together under the motto “Sunlight creates momentum”
Soon after, at the end of the year, the company successfully held its annual team spirit building event at the base of Tuanbohu Lake in Jinghai District, Tianjin City, under the motto “Gathering strength at the beginning of the year, opening a new path; together we create the future and overcome all difficulties.” Through a variety of group tasks, the event was effective in improving understanding among team members and reducing work stress.
The professional development framework transforms collaboration into cohesion through project development. These projects strengthen interdependence, promote non-verbal communication, and turn failure into team resilience through shared goals, complementary roles, and immediate feedback, allowing cohesion to naturally manifest itself in daily work.

The subsequent bike ride around the lake became a bright and energetic finale of the entire event. The team drove along the calm winter shore of the lake, creating a picturesque landscape. Throughout the journey, colleagues supported each other, encouraging and inspiring - this clearly demonstrated the team spirit, full of enthusiasm and desire for success.
Part 03: Cultural development strengthens the momentum of progress; together we write a new chapter
This series of themed welcoming events not only effectively reduced employees' annual work stress, but also greatly enhanced team cohesion and sense of belonging through interaction and cooperation, vividly embodying the concept of "happy work, healthy lifestyle."
