Recently, our company successfully completed a 168-hour operational trial period of the molten salt and insufflation powder waste incineration plant built by Zhongyan Anhui Hongsi Fang Co., Ltd.。
Waste from the production of high-salt insurance powder contains up to 55% salt, and its disposal has long been a major challenge for the industry. This project uses our company's unique key technology - a liquid continuous furnace installation for burning molten salts, which completely solves a common problem in the industry: equipment and chimneys easily become clogged when burning such waste. Thanks to this, the system can operate continuously and stably.
During operation of the incinerator, the system for burning waste with a high salt content from the powder stock functions stably, and slag release occurs uninterruptedly; Levels of flue gas pollutants—particles, dust, NOx, HCl and SO₂—are fully compliant with emission standards for the chlorine-soda industry and exceed hazardous waste standards. The owner conducted a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of this combustion system; The safety, stability and low consumption of natural gas, as well as the stability of the system, were highly praised by the customer and successfully passed the performance test.
With Chenchuang's specialized process equipment, liquid continuous molten salt combustion furnace, high-salt waste from the production of safety powder can be safely and effectively disposed of, reducing its volume. Sodium sulfate (Na₂SO₄) obtained after combustion has a content of more than 90% by weight and can be used as a by-product for secondary use, which makes it possible to turn waste into a valuable resource and ensure full-fledged resource processing, while increasing the economic efficiency of the enterprise.
