In August in Bohai Bay, the sky was high, the clouds were thin, and the sea wind brought freshness. At the end of August, Chenchuang held a party-employee joint development event at the Gold Coast in Changli County, with the aim of deepening the construction of corporate culture, strengthening team cohesion and enriching employee leisure time. The event was held under the theme of “Harmonious Chenchuang—Creating a Beautiful Future Together,” and all participants spent time filled with laughter and warmth together amid the blue sea and clear sky.
On the evening of the first day of the event, everyone successfully arrived on the Gold Coast with joy and laughter. Participants enjoyed delicious food and actively discussed various topics - the atmosphere was warm and friendly. After lunch, people gathered in small groups: some calmly walked along the coast, enjoying the sea wind, others relaxed around the coastal markets - all this created a truly cozy and pleasant atmosphere.
The next morning, everyone set off with anticipation and joy on an amazing journey through the seaside resort of Yudao Island. The first stage of the event was a special show on the island - spectators were able to see the stunning Hollywood acrobatic performance “Mechanical Invasion”. The Hobbit Non-Motorized Play Park and Little Pea High Children's Park were an ocean of joy, with natural and original attractions that allowed them to discover their nature through climbing, riding and exploring. A variety of large water attractions provided coolness and excitement. In the spray of water, colleagues played with each other, exchanging water; Friendship in the team gradually strengthened under laughter and joyful conversations. All these interactive and entertaining activities helped everyone rediscover their long-lost childhood innocence.
As night falls, a large-scale immersive show based on Chinese mythology opens majestically. Special effects merging water and fire, bright laser beams and powerful projections of water curtains create a fantastic oriental atmosphere. The actors move along the waves, and the light images of divine beings awaken in the air - a real night festival opens before the audience, combining sight, sound and culture.
The morning free hours of the next day resembled a soft interlude, gently ending the busy program of the next day. Some participants gathered in groups of three or five to slowly jog or walk along the coast and take in the seascapes in the morning light; others continued to collect shellfish on the beach and pile sand, enjoying the quiet and beautiful moments.
This event not only reduced employee work stress, but also contributed to strengthening the emotional interaction between colleagues and their families, further increasing company cohesion and a sense of belonging. In the future, the company will continue to organize a variety of team events, constantly improving the well-being and satisfaction of employees, and jointly opening new chapters of Chenchuang's development.
