Recently, China's first synthesis gas project produced by dry reforming of marine carbon-containing natural gas—the research and demonstration project of the Fifth Ring Highway of China National Chemical Corporation on Fudiao Island in Hainan Province—was completed on time and successfully passed the joint operation test.。
Chenchuang provided the key reaction equipment for this project, the Drying Reformer Catalyst (EPC) system. During the project, the company, relying on its technological capabilities in the field of integrated production of industrial furnaces and project management experience, overcame many difficulties associated with the high complexity of drying reforming technology, short lead times and the impact of strong typhoons, and as a result, successfully completed the delivery of a complete drying reforming catalyst system within ten months, effectively promoting the environmental processing and resource utilization of carbon-based natural gas from Nanhai.
