The vacuum furnace is the key high-temperature process heating equipment of the atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit in oil refining and is mainly designed for uniform high-temperature heating with a small temperature difference of media such as heavy oil from the bottom of the atmospheric column and vacuum tar, providing the necessary technological conditions for vacuum distillation in a vacuum column and deep separation of heavy fractions. The equipment is made using a highly efficient tubular furnace design, adapted to the conditions of working with heavy oil products with high viscosity, tendency to coke formation and vacuum process mode, and is equipped with a low-emission combustion system, multi-point uniform temperature control, local overheating protection design and safety interlock devices. The furnace is characterized by high thermal efficiency, a uniform temperature field, a wide range of load control and excellent anti-coke properties. The equipment is characterized by stable operation, low heat losses and ease of maintenance, can effectively increase the degree of selection of heavy petroleum products, ensuring long-term continuous stable operation of the vacuum system, and is widely used in complete technological installations for atmospheric-vacuum distillation in oil refining.
