The atmospheric distillation furnace is the key process heating equipment of atmospheric vacuum crude oil distillation plant, and is mainly designed for high-temperature heating of the raw material stream after the heat exchange of crude oil, providing stable process temperature conditions for distillation separation in the atmospheric column, and realizing efficient fractionation of crude oil. The equipment adopts a vertical tube furnace design adapted to the conditions of continuous high-temperature heating of crude oil, and is equipped with a low-emission energy-saving combustion system, precision temperature control system and safety interlock devices. The furnace is characterized by a high heat load, high heat transfer efficiency, uniform temperature field and stable operating parameters.
