The hydrogen sulfide heating furnace is a specialized process heating equipment of the sulfur recovery plant, and is mainly designed for the precision heating of acid gases containing hydrogen sulfide, providing stable and regulatory-compliant high-temperature process conditions for the Claus reaction, acid gas cracking and tail gas purification. The equipment is made using a corrosion-resistant tubular furnace design, adapted to work with high-sulfur and highly corrosive environments, and is equipped with an anti-corrosion combustion system, precision temperature control system and safety interlock devices. The furnace is characterized by a uniform temperature field, stable heating, corrosion resistance, resistance to coke formation and a wide range of load control. The equipment is characterized by high thermal efficiency, low heat losses and stable operating conditions, effectively guaranteeing the conversion of acid gas reaction and increasing the efficiency of sulfur utilization, adapted to a long continuous safe operating cycle of the plant, and is widely used in complete installations for sulfur recovery and acid waste gas purification in the petrochemical and coal chemical industries.
