The column reboiler heating furnace is the key circulation heating equipment of a distillation plant, and is mainly designed to provide a constant heat source for the bottom media of various distillation columns. By circulating heating and boiling of the medium, the furnace promotes the evaporation and return of reflux of the bottom product, intensifies the process of heat and mass transfer in the column, guaranteeing the separation accuracy and purity of the distillation column product. The equipment adopts a tubular sealed design adapted to a variety of operating environments, including circulating bottom oil and organic solvents, and is equipped with an energy-saving combustion system, stabilized temperature control components and safety interlock devices. The furnace is characterized by high heat transfer efficiency, uniform heating, flexible load control and stable operation. The equipment is characterized by high resistance to operating fluctuations, low energy consumption and ease of maintenance, can effectively maintain the continuous stable operation of the distillation system, increasing the product separation yield, and is widely used in various complete distillation plants in the petrochemical, chemical and fine chemical industries.
