The acid gas combustion furnace is the key high-temperature thermal equipment of the sulfur recovery plant, and is mainly designed for the high-temperature combustion and cracking of acid gases containing H₂S in the oil refining and coal chemical industries. By precisely regulating the air supply and high-temperature combustion with excess oxygen, hydrogen sulfide-containing acid gases are oxidized and decomposed to form sulfur dioxide and complete the initial stage of the sulfur production reaction, while simultaneously ensuring the combustion and purification of various impurity tail gases. The equipment is characterized by high corrosion resistance, stable combustion mode, high conversion rate and perfect safety locking system, adapted to continuous operation with high-sulfur and corrosive environments, and is a key specialized equipment for sulfur recovery, flue gas desulfurization and resource purification of acid waste gases.
