The isomerization feedstock heating furnace is the key technological heating equipment of the petroleum product isomerization plant and is mainly designed for precision heating with a constant temperature of feedstock media such as light naphtha and normal alkanes, in order to bring the feedstock to the temperature required for the isomerization reaction, providing stable technological conditions for the isomer conversion of alkanes and increasing the octane number of petroleum products. The equipment is made using a precision tubular furnace design, adapted to the clean conditions of working with light, low-viscosity petroleum products, and is equipped with a low-emission energy-saving combustion system, a high-precision temperature control system and safety interlock devices. The furnace is characterized by precise temperature control, a uniform temperature field, high thermal efficiency, no local overheating and a wide control range. The equipment is characterized by stable operation, low energy consumption and ease of maintenance, effectively guaranteeing the conversion of the isomerization reaction and the quality of petroleum products, adapted to a long continuous stable operating cycle of the plant, and is widely used in complete process plants for the upgrading of pure petroleum products and isomerization in oil refining.
