The delayed coking furnace is the key high-temperature process heating equipment of the delayed coking unit, and is mainly designed for rapid high-temperature heating of heavy materials such as vacuum tar and heavy crude oil, so as to bring the environment to the coking cracking reaction temperature, providing stable process conditions for subsequent coking in coke chambers, cracking and separation of petroleum gas. The equipment is made using a horizontal/vertical tubular furnace design, adapted to the conditions of working with heavy oil products with high viscosity and a tendency to coke, equipped with a highly efficient low-emission combustion system, multi-point temperature control and a design that prevents coking. The furnace is characterized by high heat load, fast heating rate, precision temperature control and high operating stability. Effectively prevents local overheating of furnace pipes and the formation of coke deposits, ensuring continuous stable operation of the installation and increasing the conversion of advanced processing of heavy petroleum products. Widely used in complete technological installations for the upgrading of heavy petroleum products and delayed coking in oil refining.
